Wald #252 Training Wheels Description:

The Wald #252 Training Wheels are a highly adjustable set of training wheels designed to fit on kids bicycles with 16″ – 20″ wheels. Featuring all steel construction, these training wheels are designed for kids bikes with a chainstay tube diameter of 3/4″ or smaller, and they will hold up to 100 pounds.

Note: Training wheels are designed to attach to a 3/8″ bolt on style rear axle, and ideally there needs to be at least 3/4″ of axle threads sticking out from the end of the axle nut on the rear axle before the training wheels are installed for these wheels to be safely installed on the bike. If bike doesn’t have a long enough axle, a longer rear axle or wheel with a long enough rear axle will need to be installed on the bike/in the rear hub prior to installing these training wheels.
