Durable double butted 6061 aluminum alloy combined with excellent ergonomics will allow the rider to find comfortable positions all over the handlebar, and the little bit of flex that is inherent to the design of these handlebars will take the sting out of rough terrain. The subtle flair and variable radius shaping of the drops improves the clearance for a riders forearms, improves clearance around front mounted bags, and adds leverage for better control of the bike especially when loaded down and/or when tackling technical terrain.
