Durable Alex DC19 rims are connected to Shimano hubs by stainless steel spokes and brass spoke nipples to create no-nonsense, easy to maintain wheels. Additionally, the rims have a machined sidewall with an integrated wear indicator which creates a uniform braking surface for consistent and reliable braking in any weather condition. These inexpensive wheels are a great option for logging training miles (saving lighter and more expensive wheels for race day), whether that training occurs on the roads or on a trainer or rollers when the weather is too nasty to safely ride outside.

Note: Rear wheel freehub are compatible with 8-10 speed Shimano HG style mountain or road cassettes and 11 speed Shimano HG mountain cassettes (not compatible with 11 speed Shimano HG road cassettes).
