A trick synthetic upper is laminated with translucent mesh panels that allows a lot of airflow, and the stretch resistant polyurethane material combined with that abrasion resistant mesh ensures the upper construction will maintain its support and good looks for a long time. Underneath, a stiff carbon fiber reinforced nylon outsole is outfitted with long clipless pedal cleat mounting slots that will make it easy to dial in a riders fit and pedaling efficiency, and a generous rubber tread is bonded to the outsole to ensure a stable interface with the pedal surface and great traction when moving around off the bike. Finally, a single Li2 Boa Fit System on each shoe uses an optimized lacing pattern to allow for quick adjustments to the security and comfort of these shoes so a rider doesn’t have to worry about their feet and can focus all of their energy on getting down the trail as fast as possible.
